The Investment Analyst works with senior management and real estate owners in evaluating new investment opportunities to determine their suitability for clients’ funds or real estate portfolios. They also track asset level investment and operational performance and assist in Hold Vs Divest analysis of different real estate assets in a portfolio.

  • Prepare proformas/final models of property.
  • Rent Roll analysis (RRA) of new acquisition opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of Investment Committee Memoranda.
  • Manage financial risk, mitigate liability and reduce potential reputational harm.
  • Update and review multifamily development pipeline and sales for all major markets.
  • Partnership cash flow modelling in Excel and Argus including scenarios and sensitivity analysis.
  • Financial analysis to assess investment attractiveness, Coordinate fulfilment of all investor deliverables.
  • Administer and maintain PEF’s Investor Portal, including uploading documents and notifying investors.​
